Vivent Health and TPAN announce plans to merge to increase access to HIV care

Vivent Health and TPAN (Test Positive Awareness Network), a leading provider of HIV services in the greater Chicago area, today announced their respective Boards of Directors have unanimously voted to pursue a merger.
