The Wisconsin Harm Reduction Technical Assistance Center strives to be a connection between harm reduction programs and the resources and experts that can help programs better serve their communities. HRTAC is available to agencies and organizations within the state of Wisconsin.

Harm reduction centers on these main principles, all aimed at treating you with respect and dignity.

- Inclusion of people who use drugs in harm reduction decision-making

- Understanding that social inequalities and discrimination affect people’s vulnerabilities to and capability to deal with drug-related harm
