For sites where housing support is not offered within the health center, we can connect you with high-quality housing partners in the community. We work with highly respected organizations with deep expertise in housing support to help ensure you get the best care possible, and we work hand in hand with them and you so you can have a seamless experience.

How can our housing specialists help you?
We offer on-site housing programs in Austin, Denver, Kansas City, Ypsilanti, and at all locations across Wisconsin.
Our housing specialists can provide information, referrals, and education, as well as work with you to find, apply for, and maintain your housing.
Financial assistance is also available to help with monthly rent, utilities, and security deposits. Assistance varies based on eligibility.
