Vivent Health and affiliates offer mobile messaging (SMS/MMS) programs for healthcare-related communications, including appointment reminders, scheduling, care coordination, follow-up messages, billing notifications, surveys, marketing, and other communications. Message frequency may vary. Participation is voluntary and not required to receive care. You may opt-in or opt-out of receiving messages at any time.
OPT-OUT INFORMATION
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us for that program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
For subscription assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply. In a medical emergency, please call 911.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide in connection with our mobile messaging programs only to send messages and respond to you, as necessary. This may include sharing information with service providers, platform vendors, and wireless carriers that assist in delivering messages on our behalf. These parties are contractually required to safeguard your information and, where applicable, comply with HIPAA and other federal and state privacy laws.

Text messaging is not always a secure method of communication. While we use reasonable safeguards and limit the content of messages to the minimum necessary, messages may be accessed by individuals who have access to your mobile device or account. We may disclose information as required by applicable law, regulation, or governmental request, or as otherwise permitted by law.
When you provide information in connection with our mobile messaging programs, you agree that the information is accurate and complete. This SMS/Mobile Messaging Privacy Notice applies only to our mobile messaging programs and does not replace our broader Notice of Privacy Practices or other policies.
