Pamela Blaszak, LPC, CSAC, ICS is the Wisconsin Director of Behavioral Health for Vivent Health. She completed both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Lakeland College. Pam is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and Independent Clinical Supervisor. Pam has practiced harm reduction-based substance use disorder counseling for over 20 years and has been with Vivent Health since 2005.
