Amy Pease

Amy is a Nurse Practitioner providing HIV and primary care at Vivent Health. She received her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin. Amy has spent the past 10 years providing primary care to at-risk populations, including frail elders, adults with disabilities, and people affected by poverty, mental illness and substance abuse. She has served as a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students through the University of Wisconsin and has a particular interest in serving patients with complex psychosocial needs.
