Vivent Health Welcomes New Board Members to Advance Mission to End HIV/AIDS
MILWAUKEE, WI (June 10, 2026) – Vivent Health, a leading provider of HIV care and
prevention, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its national
Board of Directors. These individuals bring a wealth of expertise, diverse perspectives, and
a shared passion for advancing heath equity for individuals living with and impacted by
HIV, further strengthening the organization’s commitment to delivering high quality health
outcomes to all individuals we care for.
The new board members include:

Larry Sondgeroth (Denver, CO) With over 20 years of professional experience in Denver, Larry brings a strong background in relationship management, strategic planning, and community
engagement. His work has centered on building trusted partnerships and guiding individuals through complex decisions with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach. Deeply connected
to Denver, Larry is an active supporter of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Denver Art Museum, and Denver Botanic Gardens.
He is passionate about strengthening communities through access, creativity, and long-term sustainability. Larry brings to the board a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting organizational growth and mission-driven impact.

John Kuelper, JD (St Louis, MO) is a venture capitalist who has managed over $1 billion in assets and a portfolio spanning AI, infrastructure, enterprise software, medical devices, and healthcare services. John is Founder and Managing Partner of Qualia Holdings LLC, a platform for technology ventures. Most recently he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Technology at Ascension Ventures where he invested across all stages and advised thirteen of the nation’s largest health systems – comprising nearly 500 hospitals across 24 states and over $100 billion in revenue – on technology strategy. John began his career as an AI researcher focused on computational neuroscience and a software developer. He earned JD and MBA degrees from Northwestern University and a BA in cognitive neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis.
