Beverly Brock
Bio
Beverly Brock (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) in Illinois with a master’s in education-counseling from Loyola University. She has over 50 years of experience across a variety of settings including work in the criminal justice system, substance use treatment, mental health IOP, and nursing home facilities. Over the course of her career Beverly has held positions as adjunct faculty at the College of Lake County, HIV/STI counselor for the Lake County Health Department, and work in human resources for a developmental disability agency. Since joining Vivent Health/TPAN in 2019, she has provided individual therapy and led the long-running Positively Aging group for clients 50+ living with HIV. Her clinical interests include mood disorders, substance use, trauma, aging, chronic illness, and working with long-term survivors.
