Owen Morse

Owen Morse (he/him/his) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. He is skilled in working with trauma, shame, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, substance use issues, and depression, and works from a relational, client-centered, psychodynamic orientation. As a therapist, Owen endeavors to work collaboratively with clients, incorporating their self-understanding and self-expertise, and following their lead. Owen has been working as a therapist for around 2.5 years total but has worked in LGBTQIA+ healthcare for over 10 years and has previous experience and expertise in gender affirming care, substance use recovery and working with clients who are HIV+.
