This is why our approach to HIV care is more than healthcare. In addition to medical, dental and behavioral health, our comprehensive, wrap-around services include a case manager for each patient, a food pantry, help with housing, legal services, a pharmacy and social services. All of this is integrated into a single patient-centered system. Our whole-person model of care restores health, promotes resilience and prevents the spread of HIV.
