Your care is now and will always be our top concern.
UNIFIED is not closing. All our programs and services are here for you now, and in the future.
You will still get the same great care you’ve always received from UNIFIED.
You will notice some changes, including that you may have a new case manager in the near future.
UNIFIED will soon be offering you doctors, nurses, mental health professionals and pharmacy alongside case management, food pantry, and housing programs.
You’ll have your own team of experts in HIV working together to provide you with the care and services you need to achieve your health goals.
You’ll be able to get all the care and services you need in one place!
