Sara Hunt

Sara Hunt is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Vivent Health. Sara worked nationally and abroad in community health and social services before pursuing a career in nursing at Rush University College of Nursing in Chicago, IL and then a Master’s of Science at Frontier University. As a Nurse Practitioner, Sara functions as a primary care provider to underserved populations, and in recent years have focused on HIV prevention and treatment. She is certified as an HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM). In addition, Sara is board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management.
