Joanna Schedin is a board-certified PA (Physician Assistant) who grew up in Buffalo, NY. She studied Spanish and Psychology at SUNY Buffalo and went on to earn her Master of Science at Rush University in Chicago, IL. Joanna has experience in urgent care, primary care, emergency medicine, and behavioral health. She most recently practiced acute internal medicine as a hospitalist in Denver.
Joanna believes that it is important to consider aspects of her patients’ lives beyond their medical needs. She practices medicine in this way to provide comprehensive healthcare and promote patients’ overall well-being. When Joanna is not taking care of patients in the clinic, she is likely playing board games with her friends, marathoning a TV show, listening to live music, or out backpacking on an adventure.
