Alec, a Maryland native, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and a graduate of the University of Denver. He has previously worked as a Case Manager with Vivent Health. His professional specialties are working with LGBT+ folks, grief/loss, and blending DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients move from surviving to thriving. He is an avid reader, cook, plant dad, and board gamer.
