By submitting a photograph to Vivent Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Original Work: You confirm the submitted photograph is your original work, that you own all rights to it, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's rights.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to grant usage rights.

Usage Rights: You grant Vivent Helath license to use, copy, distribute, display, and publish your submission in any current or future media or technology. This includes modifying or creating derivative works. Your name, location, and photo information may be attached for credit.

No Compensation: Submission doesn't guarantee publication, and no compensation will be provided for its use.

Responsibility for Submission: You are responsible for your submission and its consequences.

Prohibition on Certain Content: Do not submit content that infringes rights, invades privacy, or is inappropriate, harmful, promotes hate speech, or violates laws.

Right to Reject: Viventh Health can reject submissions that don't follow these terms.

Acceptance of Terms: Submitting your photo signifies that you have read and agree to these terms.

Contact: Submission grants Vivent Health the right to contact you about philanthropy, advocacy, future events, and other opportunities.

Contest is not open to employees of Vivent Health.
