  • Case Management

    We connect you to services and resources, and provide support throughout.

  • Food Pantry

    Our food pantry is a dedicated service exclusively for patients living with HIV who access our clinic, pharmacy, and behavioral health services. Guided by the belief that food is medicine, eligible patients are invited to shop once a month.

  • Prevention

    We provide free, confidential HIV and Hep C testing, free condoms and lube, and help accessing PrEP.

  • HIV + STI Testing

    Available at this location:

    • HIV
    • HCV
    • Syphilis
    • Chlamydia
    • Gonorrhea

  • Syringe Services

    We provide free syringes, safer injection supplies, safe syringe disposal, Naloxone, and harm reduction training.

  • Insurance Support

    Everyone deserves care.

    Our insurance support specialists will work with you to find a plan that you can afford and best supports your healthcare needs.
