Vivent Health Milwaukee Clinic is Moving!

Our new state-of-the-art clinic location has been carefully selected to ensure convenience, comfort, and accessibility for all our patients.

We are sure you’ve got some questions, but don’t fret! We’ve got some answers:

Our new clinic will be located 1311 N 6th St *please note, our current clinic will be closed at noon on 6/21 through 6/23 for the move, with the exception of our pharmacy, which will stay open through the end of the day on 6/22 – there will be emergency food bags available in the food pantry for 6/22 – 6/23 for those in need.

⏰ We will be open at the new location on Monday, June 26
