10 High Protein Foods


We’ve all heard that protein is an important part of a healthy diet.  Getting enough protein helps support muscle growth, boosts energy levels, and keeps you feeling full throughout the day.  Try eating a variety of these foods to help maintain a healthy diet and feel your best.

Greek Yogurt: Creamy and full of good bacteria for your gut, Greek yogurt is a great source of protein.

Eggs: Whether boiled, scrambled, or in an omelet, eggs are always a solid source of protein.

Chicken Breast: Grilled or baked, chicken breast is a lean protein powerhouse.
