Bethany Hart, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant based in Austin, Texas, and a certified HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern Medical Center.
She has a special clinical interest in gender-affirming care and has published research on integrating gender-affirming care into medical education. She presented this work at the World Professional Association for Transgender Health Scientific Symposium in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene and leading her neighborhood community garden.
