We connect you to services and resources, and provide support throughout.
Food Pantry

Our food pantry is a dedicated service exclusively for patients living with HIV who access our clinic, pharmacy, and behavioral health services. Guided by the belief that food is medicine, eligible patients are invited to shop once a month.
Housing Assistance

No one with HIV should ever be homeless.

At Vivent Health, our housing program provides safe, stable and affordable housing options for people living with HIV. After all, having a safe place to call home is a vital part of your overall health.
Prevention

We provide free, confidential HIV and Hep C testing, free condoms and lube, and help accessing PrEP.

Syringe Services

We provide free syringes, safer injection supplies, safe syringe disposal, Naloxone, and harm reduction training.
