The Republican National Convention (RNC) is taking place in downtown Milwaukee July 15-18, 2024.
Because the Milwaukee Vivent Health clinic is located in a security zone of the RNC, the only way to reach the clinic will be southbound on 6th Street. There will be a vehicle screening checkpoint on 6th Street and Cherry Street and law enforcement officers may ask the driver to step out of the vehicle and to open the hood and trunk while they walk a bomb-sniffing K-9 around the vehicle. Drivers will not have to be screened when leaving the zone. Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will not have to go through the checkpoint.

The vehicle screening you must pass through to reach Vivent Health is located on 6th and Vliet, approaching east on Vliet.
