Kelsey Bohr is a family nurse practitioner for Vivent Health and provides comprehensive care to people living with HIV as well as HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis to people at risk for HIV infection. Kelsey completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Marian University in Fond du lac, WI and earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Milwaukee, WI. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner. Before joining Vivent Health in 2021, Kelsey worked in a family practice setting in Colorado. Kelsey has a special interest in women’s health and preventative care.
