Dr. Norwood is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas Austin in the Departments of Population Health and Internal Medicine. She received her MD from University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of California San Francisco. She previously served as the Clinical Operations Director at Bridge HIV at the San Francisco Department of Health and as the HIV Clinical Director at the Commonwealth Health in Saipan. Dr. Norwood is passionate about HIV primary care as well as gender affirming care.
