Kelsey Bohr

Kelsey Bohr is a nurse practitioner for the Vivent Health Kenosha office, providing comprehensive care to people living with HIV as well as PrEP to people at risk for HIV infection.

Kelsey completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Marian University in Fond du lac, WI and earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Milwaukee, WI. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a HIV Specialist certification with the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Before joining Vivent Health in 2021, Kelsey worked in a family practice setting in Colorado.

Outside of work Kelsey spends her free time with her husband and two children and enjoys exploring Milwaukee.
